Company Overview

Aqualife USA is a 20-year-old leader in water filtration services, serving New York and New Jersey specializing in high-quality water treatment solutions for residential and commercial clients.

Last five years we were using signature functionality through the DocuSign and it was very expensive and not comfortable too. We were using Salesforce for our CRM system and in order to integrate DocuSign inside this Salesforce it will be too much expensive and I’m start to looking other solution and I find out your company Sign Made Easy. And we built the functionality of Sign Made Easy inside the Salesforce and it’s working perfect everything fine. After two weeks we done all the settings, all the filters what we need obviously and I can recommend the other company use the sign made easy app

Challanges

Aqualife USA faced inefficiencies in its document management process, where both draft and unsigned documents were being saved under “Notes and Attachments.”

This led to unnecessary clutter, making it difficult to quickly locate finalized documents and impacting overall operational efficiency. They wanted only completed and signed documents to be stored in order to streamline workflows and reduce storage overhead.

Solutions

We implemented an automated document management system for Aqualife that:

  • Only saves finalized, signed documents.
  • Filters out drafts from the system.
  • Enhances document management.
  • Provides seamless adoption.

Conclusion

By refining its document management system, Aqualife USA achieved significant operational gains, boosting productivity, reducing costs, and improving sustainability, all while making faster, more informed decisions.
