Certification of Completion

A Certificate of Completion is a secure, tamper-proof record that summarizes the entire electronic signing process for a document sent through Sign Made Easy.

It captures key details such as who signed the document, when each action occurred, how the signer was authenticated, and when the signing process was completed.

Once all required signers have finished, the Certificate of Completion is automatically generated and linked to the signed document. This certificate serves as legal evidence that the agreement was executed properly and has not been altered since completion.

In Sign Made Easy, the Certificate of Completion is available for every completed document and can be viewed or downloaded directly from Salesforce—giving teams confidence, compliance, and a clear audit-ready record for every agreement.
