Passcode authentication for eSignature
TL;DR
Passcode authentication enhances the security of eSignature processes by requiring recipients to enter a unique passcode before accessing documents. This guide outlines the steps to configure passcode authentication within Salesforce's Sign Made Easy application, ensuring that only intended recipients can sign sensitive documents. The process includes enabling authentication, adding documents and recipients, and sending the transaction while emphasizing the importance of sharing the passcode securely. This added layer of security helps businesses maintain control over their document workflows.

Passcode authentication for eSignature adds an extra layer of security to the document signing process. It allows the sender to set a unique passcode that the recipient must enter before accessing the document and completing the signing process.

This helps ensure that only the intended recipient can access and sign the document, especially when handling sensitive information. In this step-by-step guide, we will explain how to configure passcode authentication for eSignature and use it for secure document signing in Salesforce.
